No commissions will be paid for clients who are referred but do not sign up and pay for a policy with SIA, or clients who do not pay all premiums due for that specific month. If a client joins during a month, all premiums for the remainder of that month need to be paid on time for the dealer to earn commission. For each and every month after that, the client will need to pay all their premiums for the month for commission to be payable to the dealer for that specific month. No potential clients may be reserved by dealer to be approached at a later stage. SIA and its consultants may approach all clients that have been previously approached by a dealer and not successfully signed up by that dealer. No commission will be paid if the deal is subsequently closed by SIA or one of its consultants. Dealers are required to have an MTN or Vodacom cell phone number. The cell number submitted to the shortcode number by the client needs to be the exact cell number of the dealer. If the dealers cell phone is miss spelled or incorrectly written, the policy will not attract commission for the dealer.
